Road destroyed by HMWSSB works, made worse by rain

Road connecting Gachibowli-Miyapur road (from Kondapur) to HITEX road in Hyderabad, which provides bypass to the busy Kothaguda Junction, was dug up for some HMWSSB work. Today it was a complete mess, made worse by the rain. Only one side was open for vehicles to pass though, and created a huge back-up.
